Joseph Wang (Joe)
Joe’s career includes managing multi-billion dollar infrastructure project, harbors, airports, superhighways, among other things. He advised China in the WTO as the head of the WTO Research Council, a group of 23 leading international economists. He has strong experience in major infrastructure, in education, in government relations, in international commerce, and in medical policy and research. Joe also holds position as professor at several major universities.
David Melander
David’s career has engaged in business many countries, with a focus on China. He holds 180 China stamps in his passports. His projects have included publishing, energy, vaccine production, high speed rail, and new technologies in medical device. He has strong experience in technical projects and finance. He has developed proprietary systems for the company that give the clients of Neos significant advantages in negotiation, market entry, and in establishing License Agreements or Joint Ventures.
